We are looking for our next inspirational headteacher at Bratton Primary School.
This is a special opportunity to lead our much-loved primary school in the heart of Bratton village in Wiltshire. The Board of Governors, staff, pupils, and parents want our new headteacher to have highly developed emotional intelligence and the ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders. They should be forward-thinking, with vision, enthusiasm, and compassion to progress our school and secure its place at the centre of our community.
To accomplish this, we wish to appoint an inclusive leader who will strive to achieve academic excellence in every area of the school, ensuring the whole community realises its full potential. We have a strong focus on our disadvantaged learners and SEND pupils.
Of equal importance, is a leader that the children both respect and enjoy being around. We want our children to continue to say what they love about school.
