Are you an IT Architect (Enterprise Architect / Solutions Architect) who’d like to deliver a cohesive technology landscape by owning the entire enterprise architecture covering applications, data, infrastructure and security domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance?

Bringing your ideas and innovative approach to Enterprise Architecture & Solutions Architecture, you’ll lead the end-to-end technology architecture, including defining the cloud strategy. Leadership and the ability to dive into the technical details are key.
You’ll own the architecture frameworks, roadmaps, infrastructure/cloud/security strategy, integration (including API strategies), enterprise data architecture, along with emerging technologies and innovation. This client has multiple business streams resulting in complex business processes and data flows between applications.
You’ll lead, develop and coach the architecture team, contribute to AI, and bring new ideas to get the most out of technology (Oracle, AWS, or Azure).
The challenge will be the complexity of applications, moving from on-prem to cloud, and understanding the legacy systems to ensure the new solution meets business and governance requirements.
ABOUT YOU
We’d like to hear from you if you have:
1. Expertise as an Enterprise Architect or Solutions Architect across cloud, applications, systems, data, security, and APIs
2. Successfully transitioned from legacy IT to fit-for-purpose cloud technologies in a transformation programme that delivered value to the business
3. Deep technical expertise in IT architecture along with Oracle, AWS, or Azure
4. Coached and developed teams
5. A pragmatic and collaborative approach with both business and technology colleagues
6. Innovative ideas
7. Knowledgeable on AI
8. Financial Services sector experience is beneficial but not essential
LOCATION
Hybrid working - Milton Keynes office (Buckinghamshire), 2 to 3 days each week and work from home the rest of the time.
SALARY
Salary: Circa £100,000 + 20% bonus + car/allowance, pension, healthcare, employee assistance programme, 25 days annual leave plus public holidays, and many more benefits.
