Job Description
* Manage and coordinate credit control functions within the department.
* Monitor and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely payment of debts.
* Resolve invoice discrepancies and client disputes.
* Conduct credit checks and assess creditworthiness of potential clients.
* Prepare financial statements related to credit and collections activities.
* Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on collection activities.
* Coordinate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts receivables.
* Adhere to and implement company policies and procedures related to credit control.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* Experience as a credit controller or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure.
* Strong numerical skills and the ability to analyse financial data.
