Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership across the school, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.
* Support and mentor KS2 teachers, driving excellence in pedagogy and curriculum development.
* Collaborate closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to maintain and enhance the schools Catholic ethos.
* Lead whole-school initiatives, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
* Support staff professional development, creating a positive and ambitious working environment.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience working in a Catholic primary school, with a strong commitment to upholding its values.
* Proven leadership experience within KS2, with a track record of driving improvement.
* Holds NPQSL (or working towards it) or equivalent leadership qualifications.
* A commitment to fostering high expectations and inclusion for all pupils.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
