Litigation Legal Assistant – Solihull
My client, a national law firm with ambitious expansion plans, is looking to recruit a Litigation Legal Assistant to join its Solihull office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, or Receptionist with litigation experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role:
You will provide essential support to the litigation team, assisting with case preparation, legal research, document management and client correspondence.
Responsibilities will include:

* Assisting fee earners in managing a varied caseload of litigation matters
* Preparing legal documents, correspondence and court bundles
* Conducting legal research and liaising with clients and third parties
* Managing diaries, arranging meetings and supporting the litigation team with administrative tasks

You:

* Experience: At least 6 months of experience working in a litigation department within a UK-based private practice firm
* Skills: Strong administrative and organisational skills, with experience in case management and preparing legal documents
* Attributes: A detail-oriented, proactive individual with a keen interest in litigation and a desire to develop within the field
