Location Overview:
Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London’s greenest boroughs. Here you’ll find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.
Role Description:
This job is responsible for resolving day-to-day complex problems, researching, and executing on complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.
The Team:
The EMEA Leasing Operations team consists of 16 Leasing professionals supporting Bank of America’s Asset finance business across EMEA. The Leasing business has grown substantially over the last 5 years. The team processes around 700 new deals, around 10,000 billing events and 35,000 cash items a year.
Responsibilities:
* Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertise.
* Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives.
* Advises as a technical expert in assigned area by providing work direction, guidance, and training to employees and business partners on new complex initiatives.
* Builds relationships with business partners across various Lines of Business.
* Manages and defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key program and projects.
* Supporting our Direct and Indirect vendor sales platforms.
* Ensuring the deal is correctly documented and is in line with business approvals.
* Approving and processing transactions for funding.
* Booking transactions to the ALFA Lease Management system.
* End of lease documentation and invoicing.
* Terminating and amending transactions.
What we are looking for:
* Experienced asset finance/leasing professional who understands the various associated financial products.
* Candidate must possess a commercial and customer led focus to their work.
* Attention to detail and the ability to deliver efficiently and pro-actively is key.
* Candidate must be able to solve problems and make clear decisions to effectively analyze and work through deal and booking complexities.
* Whilst working in an environment of constant change, the candidate must be adaptable and have an operational excellence focus.
