Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. This role will involve collaborating with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Location: Holme Road, Bamber Bridge Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours 8 - 4 with 1/2 lunch Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum DOE Job Role internally known as Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Project Management Support: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects from initiation to completion. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, timelines, meeting notes, and progress reports. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders and coordinate communication between clients, team members, and vendors. Task Management: Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule. Resource Allocation: Support the management of project resources, ensuring proper allocation and tracking. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in the development of mitigation strategies. Budget Tracking: Help track project budgets and ensure that costs are controlled and aligned with financial goals. Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders. Permit Management: Ensuring that permits for roadworks are properly applied for and granted, including scheduling, approvals, and compliance with local authority regulations. Quality Control: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations Experience and qualifications required for the role: Proactive: You take initiative and are eager to learn.
