Key Responsibilities
:
* Assisting with the management of residential property transactions from initiation to completion
* Communicating with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties
* Drafting documents, correspondence, and reports
* Managing and organising client files and records
* Collaborating with the wider team to ensure tasks are completed on time
* Utilising the firm’s tech advances to track the progress of conveyancing matters, ensuring clients are updated in real time
What We’re Looking For :
* Experience in residential property law or conveyancing (preferred, but not essential)
* Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* A keen interest in technology and innovation within the legal sector
