Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products whose quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and over £9 million of investment going into the company growth into various export markets, they are looking for a HSE Advisor to join their H&S Team.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Take responsibility for the implementation and continual improvement of management systems across a number of sites.
2. Provide HSE training and support throughout the organization and sites.
3. Support third party audit schedules.
4. Develop and improve incident reduction programs.
5. Assist in the training and induction of new staff across sites, updating staff of changes made in policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. HSE Experience (Essential)
2. NEBOSH General Certificate (Essential)
3. Knowledge within Engineering, Manufacturing or Production Environments.
4. Strong knowledge of H&S legislation, industry best practice, ISO & British Standards.
