You will manage concierge tasks, enhance customer experiences, and ensure seamless travel for clients. Concierge Executive – what will I be doing ? Provide outstanding customer service and manage client relationships Act as the main contact for customers, responding to enquiries and all sorts of different requests Oversee all travel arrangements for a smooth client experience Collaborate with luxury travel suppliers to enhance services Stay updated on hotels, dining, and attractions Handle flight check-ins, health forms, transfers, and bookings Concierge Executive – What experience do I need ? Perhaps you have previously worked as a PA ? Or a Travel Consultant ? Or in events? The main criteria is that you are used to dealing with high -end clients and are incredibly organised. Experience in luxury customer service or sales is beneficial Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills Accurate data entry and strong IT skills About Our Client: Concierge Executive – What else do I need to now? This is a really exciting and fun team to be part of. The pay is between £27k - £30k depending on experience. Hours are Monday to Friday 9 – 5.30 pm 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Birthday day off - Recognition awards - Social events – Trips abroad.
