The Role As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the recruitment sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment and enjoys building relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities include:
? Attending networking events and industry conferences to generate new business opportunities
? Proactively engaging with recruitment businesses to identify their invoice financing needs
? Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
? Working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients
? Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity
What Were Looking For ?? Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within invoice financing or recruitment finance
?? Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities within the recruitment market
?? A proactive, consultative sales approach with excellent relationship-building skills
?? Comfortable working remotely and independently, with occasional travel for client meetings and events
?? A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
