WeDoData are working with an independent prep school in London with around 200 pupils and 60 staff, who are looking for an IT Technician to work alongside the IT Manager to ensure the smooth running of the schools IT function. The school is tech driven and encourages interactive learning through the use of interactive screens, VR, modern IT suites and more. The Role You will be responsible for IT support throughout the school, resolving essential problems with software, hardware, networks, maintaining inventory, managing iPads & Chromebooks and general end user support of staff and students. In this role you will be working throughout the school and will be a people person who is willing to help when needed. This could include the basics of password changes, setting up for school events and supporting staff with general IT, up to more high level IT support with monitoring and maintaining backup systems. Requirements You must have a proven background working in IT in a people facing role, with end user support being a key aspect. Experience working in IT in the education sector is also highly desirable.
