We are pleased to partner with a well-established organisation to recruit for a Project Manager / Programme Manager in a newly created position within their strategy team. This market-leading company is based on the outskirts of Watford and is looking for someone to join their business ASAP.
Initially, this will be a 3-month FTC, but the project is likely to be extended due to an increase in business demand which is predicted to remain.
We are looking for an individual with previous Project Management experience with a heavy involvement in stakeholder management and coordination.
Monday - Friday Hybrid working (2 days in office & 3 from home)
£35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
Due to the office location, you must be a driver.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal and external stakeholder management and coordination - including maintaining clear communication between parties and conflict management.
2. Managing correspondence in a shared inbox.
3. Project management - Tracking project timelines and deadlines, ensuring all stakeholders are on track.
4. Schedule meetings - including booking meetings, arranging meeting rooms, sending out invitations.
5. Preparing meeting documentation - including agendas, writing meeting minutes and sending out post-meeting information.
6. Maintaining clear records on trackers, CRM system and with stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Previous experience in project management with the use of a project tracking software.
2. Excellent level of oral and written communication.
3. Stakeholder management experience.
4. Organised with an attention to detail.
5. Immediately available for work.
6. Driver.
