Interim Head of PM – 9-10 month maternity cover – c£50k basic + £10k additional OTE
We’re working with a well-established Property Consultancy based in SE London, close to Waterloo.
With an impressive client base comprising UK and International Developers, Freeholders and landlords, they now seek an interim Head of Property Management for a maternity cover contract as follows:
* 9 to 10 month maternity cover contract initially, potentially longer or permanent if the incumbent decides not to return
* Based within modern offices close to Waterloo working Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm with 1 day working from home if desired
* Managing the entire property management team/function, from client reporting to staff management, recruitment and appraisals
* Overseeing VIP/Key international landlords/developers
* Dealing with escalated matters as they arise (i.e. complaints/disputes/staff disciplinary etc.)
* Reporting back to the board as required
Suitable candidates will have 5-10 years property management experience underpinned by level 3 ARLA accreditation and at least 5 years track record working at a senior, team leadership level, as well as a thorough understanding of the London Property Market.
Remuneration will include a basic salary up to £50k with a further £10k OTE alongside 23 days holiday, regular socials and an additional day off on your birthday.
