Job Purpose: To use your knowledge and skills to deliver a first class service to our clients and provide accounts and audit support to a busy accountancy practice. Duties: Oversee client bookkeeping Manage a portfolio of clients Preparation of complex company financial statements & management accounts Preparation of personal tax returns & VAT returns Preparation of partnership accounts and returns VAT Registration and Deregistration Forecasts and business projections Attend client meetings and interact with directors and business owners Set and work to budgets to meet monthly forecasts Skills and Experience: 5 years working in an accountancy practice environment. Excellent experience of Sage 50, Xero, Quickbooks, Iris, Excel (essential) Strong Attention to Detail Excellent Time Management Skills & Communication Good written and technical Skills Qualifications: Qualified by experience or part qualified ACA/ACCA.
