Job Description Our client is keen to appoint a recruitment coordinator, responsible for building and maintaining a specialist staffing desk. The role involves actively participating in new business generation to meet sales targets, monitoring and managing new business and building strong relationships with clients and staff to ensure efficient desk operations £25,000 per annum Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 5.00pm Mansfield, NG18 Responsibilities: Contributing to business development through sales, marketing and networking Handling a caseload of clients to ensure smooth service Building relationships with clients to understand their work culture and recruitment needs Identifying and managing risks Identifying recruitment needs and placing adverts Headhunting candidates Using databases to find suitable candidates Participating in the interview and selection process, managing applications, interviews and candidate selection Requesting references and checking applicant suitability Briefing candidates on job responsibilities Key Skills: Proven sales experience is ESSENTIAL Self-motivation and personal drive Team player respecting other team members Good communication skills with colleagues and external customers Ability to resolve interpersonal difficulties appropriately and timely
