Job Opportunity: Administrative Support
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and looking for a new administrative challenge? We are recruiting for a client in need of a dedicated individual to join their Operations team.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the processing of daily work tickets, both digital and manual
2. Perform quality checks on entries within Weighsoft software (training provided)
3. Issue purchase orders via Sage
4. Handle subcontractor queries, confirm with the operations manager, and re-issue POs as necessary
5. Generate self-bill invoices for subcontractors
6. Follow up on outstanding tickets from subcontractors
7. Process and approve credits and invoices held for credit requests
8. Provide work completion reports to the Operations and Sales teams
9. Maintain and update the customer order database
Skills Required:
10. Strong attention to detail
11. Excellent typing skills with high accuracy
12. Experience with Excel and an understanding of basic formulas
13. Familiarity with Sage is beneficial, but training will be provided
14. Reliability and ability to work under pressure
15. Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
