So, if you have a clear passion for the Property Industry, this is not an opportunity not to be missed As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve: Registering purchaser and tenant details and matching them to suitable properties Booking property market appraisals Conducting accompanied viewings with potential purchasers and tenants Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors Maintaining a smart and professional appearance, with a strong attention to detail Collaborating with the team to share information and secure additional business Potential involvement in sales progression To be considered for the role you must have: At least 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator (Must be recent) A driven, reliable, and trustworthy nature, with a commitment to integrity Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A customer-focused approach with a strong passion for property Superb organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively A high level of attention to detail Working days: As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays.
