Your Mission at Elis
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Managers and Telephone Agents, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Account Retention & Renewal: Utilise your commercial acumen to drive account retention and proactively manage account renewals, ensuring customer loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Change Leadership: Challenge the status quo with a "can do" attitude. You'll need to be resilient, with the energy to push through change and the creativity to inspire those around you.
Data Analysis & Improvement: Dive deep into data, analysing churn rates, and performance KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Customer Onboarding: Take charge of the customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all new clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including Sales, Production, and Marketing, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
