The role:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Facilities Manager with over 3 years of experience managing facilities operations, maintenance, health & safety, and budgets in diverse environments.
You will be skilled in optimizing resources, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Adept at coordinating with vendors and managing projects to meet organisational goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:
* Manage facilities operations for True Potential’s two head offices, overseeing maintenance & security services to maintain safe, clean, and functional spaces.
* Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
* Implement health, safety, and environmental protocols, achieving compliance with regulatory standards including ESOS.
* Coordinate with external contractors for major renovation and repair projects, ensuring timely and on-budget project delivery.
