The Role:
You need to be detail-oriented and proactive administrator to their growing client support team. This role will play a key part in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service to both clients and financial planners.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Preparing client reports and annual review packs
🔹 Processing new business applications
🔹 Handling client and adviser queries efficiently
🔹 Managing phone calls and administrative support tasks
To qualify you need to have :
✔ Experience in financial services within an administrative role is essential
✔ Excellent organisational and time management skills – ability to juggle multiple tasks
✔ Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
✔ Knowledge of Intelligent Office (advantageous but not essential)
✔ Familiarity with Abrdn/Standard Life Wrap (training provided)
