Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complex executive calendars and high-level meeting schedules.
* Arrange global travel logistics and prepare detailed itineraries.
* Organise executive meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
* Prepare reports and presentations, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Manage expenses and provide vital ad hoc office support.
What We’re Looking For:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, within a corporate environment.
* Experience supporting senior leaders in FTSE 250 or other high-calibre global organisations would be preferred.
