But your approach is just as important – we need talented people who can work with others and who want to make a difference Join our Cornwall Housing team for the career opportunities… and stay for the community About the role Responsible for providing the concierge service to residents of sheltered housing schemes, and providing cover for the team during times of sickness and annual leave. The role would be working from various different sites as needed supporting tenants and customers on a daily basis by responding to enquiries, being a presence within scheme and completing regular checks of Lifelines or around buildings. To be successful, you’ll have: Help keep older persons' housing schemes safe and well-maintained. Carry out health and fire safety checks, reporting any issues. Check Lifeline alarm systems to support residents. Offer a friendly and helpful presence, responding to enquiries. Support tenants with sign-ups, tenancy issues, and sustainment. Visit customers who need extra support to maintain independence. To find out more about the role and requirements, please view the Role Profile Our offer to you Salary: £23,388.00 per year pro rata Working Hours: 22.5 hours per week (working pattern to be agreed with the successful candidate) Contract Type: Fixed term contract for 12 months, due to service review and funding Base: Your work base will be Bodmin - Chy Trevail but the role will be county wide.
