360 Business Development Manager – SaaS Sales (Event Tech)

Are you a confident, charismatic salesperson with 360 experience of delivering revenue, from lead generation through to closing deals? Our client, an award-winning event tech company, is looking for a 360 Business Development Manager to take ownership of the full sales cycle and grow their presence across the UK.
This is a dynamic, high-impact role selling innovative SaaS products designed to help venues, hotels, and event spaces secure more bookings, maximise conversions, and drive revenue growth. You’ll be identifying opportunities, prospecting decision-makers, and closing contracts, all whilst playing a key role in the company’s expansion.
This role will:
* Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing contracts.
* Sell AI-powered SaaS products that drive venue bookings and event sales.
* Prepare proposals, deliver demonstrations and negotiate terms with potential clients.
* Build and manage a pipeline of venue and hotel clients across the UK.
* Work closely with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
This role needs:
* Minimum of 12/18 months of closing experience in a 360 sales role within SaaS.
* A proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
* Confidence in lead generation including cold calling, social media prospecting, networking events, objection handling.
* Strong prospecting and communication skills to engage with and manage senior stakeholders.
* Bonus: Experience selling within events, hospitality, venues, or lead-generation platforms would be a plus.
