Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven HR Business Partner to join our team for a 3-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful implementation of end-of-year performance reviews, salary increases, bonuses, and the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for employees across the UK. What you'll bring: Proven experience: Experience in a similar role and familiarity with UK compensation practices, including performance reviews, salary structures, bonus programs, and ESOP. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills : Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivots and Macros) and PowerPoint to consolidate various data sources into easy-to-understand reports/dashboards. Analytical Skills : Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and present findings in a structured, meaningful way. Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in handling data, preparing reports, and supporting compensation processes. Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly and concisely. Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines. Autonomous Working : Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently Additional Information: This role will be working from our London Global Commercial HQ.
