Marshall Salisbury is looking for a Parts Manager. Your role As a Parts Manager, you will join a team of experts supporting one of our popular brands in our state-of-the-art facilities. You will be reporting into the Aftersales Manager and oversee the day to day running of the parts department. Full manufacturer training is provided so there is no need to have specific brand experience. Hours: full time 45 hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis. What you’ll do Provide Leadership and direction to the parts department Ensure the dealership achieves targets by maximising sales of parts to trade and retail outlets Manage parts stock levels and keep debtors to a minimum Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all department administration and operational data Develop a marketing and publicity strategy to promote all products and services Brief the team regarding department objectives and give regular feedback on achievements Develop and maintain professional working relationships with suppliers external representatives Your profile Previous experience as a Parts Manager Strong Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team Professional and calm approach with strong stakeholder management skills Rewards 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company car, life assurance, pension scheme, wellbeing support, employee discount for servicing and popular retailers.
