Pay rate: £80 - £100 per day

The Role:
As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting primary school students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEMH needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the unique needs of individual students.
* Foster a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and supported.
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers and parents.
* Encourage positive behavior and help students develop essential life skills.
* Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to create a cohesive and effective educational experience for students.
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for supporting students with SEMH needs and helping them overcome challenges.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
* Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to understanding and addressing the diverse needs of students.
* Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic educational environment.
* Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
