Unicorn Stairlifts are a busy stairlift business who specialise in supplying and installing new and reconditioned stairlifts throughout the North of England.
An opportunity has arisen for a temporary, part-time office administrator to join our office team in Keighley, West Yorkshire.
The primary function of this role is to offer administrative and phone support, including:
General Admin Duties:
1. Updating and maintaining the company database.
2. Invoicing.
3. Answering incoming calls - surveys, maintenance, warranties etc.
4. Dealing with emails.
5. General office work.
6. Allocating work.
Experience in a sales environment and/or the stairlift industry would be an advantage.
The successful candidate should have previous office experience, be computer literate, and have excellent customer service skills.
This is a temporary position for up to 9 months, 15 hours a week, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday to Wednesday. We are requiring someone that can start in February / early March.
