Overview Responsible for leading mission based strategic project teams responsible for introducing new products, technologies, and processes as well as major updates to existing infrastructure based on overall company strategic objectives. Work cross-functionally to establish and manage project plan incorporating deliverables from multiple functional areas, including sales, engineering, information technology, supply chain, and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Plan, execute, and manage various continuous improvement projects, tool upgrades, or other projects related to key business initiatives. Develop project from vision to execution using industry best practices within TDW framework. Perform analysis and review post project implementation to identify potential issues and bottlenecks. Work with project owner to develop charter and success measures in support of project business case. Develop plan and manage project reporting in the enterprises PPM tool. Work closely with the various teams throughout organization to achieve project objectives; works with third-party vendors and/or suppliers when needed to achieve project objectives. Conduct project status meetings to drive deliverables and manage impacts to the project plan. Maintain strong partnerships with internal customers by understanding and responding to needs and requirements. Plan, track, and communicate project progress to stakeholders and organizational leadership. Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other related field, and ten plus (10) years of project management experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Advanced knowledge of pipeline operations. Project management process-oriented with previous engineering expriences. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including working knowledge of project management package software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills including the ability to work in a team on fast moving projects. Excellent sales and interpersonal skills. Excellent commercial and interpersonal skills. Ability to exercise sound judgement in guiding technical decisions. Ability to speak English required.
