Job summary An excising opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Nurse to join the Skin Cancer Nursing team. This is an 18 month fixed term contact, secondment will be considered. In addition to supporting patients, with a Skin Cancer diagnosis, the role will mainly focus on educating patients and providing holistic needs assessment and support. Main duties of the job To deliver a high standard of nursing care to patients undergoing surgical or medical treatment. The post holders will be responsible for the assessment of patient care needs, and implementation and evaluation of the programme of the care.
