International Customer Support Role
You will be part of our International Customer Support team and ensure our international clients experience seamless, efficient payroll services across multiple countries.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert international customer support, managing cases in accordance with global SLAs/KPIs.
* Oversee adherence to payroll calendars and train customers on effective use of our tools.
* Respond to and triage customer queries, ensuring timely resolutions and escalation management.
* Coordinate non-recurring payroll services and tax year-end offerings for international clients.
* Share legislative updates with clients and maintain accurate operational procedures.
* Drive process improvements, ensure compliance with data protection standards, and participate in client calls for smooth payroll delivery.
* Support transitions for new clients and manage legacy systems with high complexity.
Your Requirements
* A first experience in customer support, payroll or international business operations.
* Fluency in English (additional languages welcome).
* Detail-oriented approach.
* Proactive attitude.
* Strong customer relationship management skills and passion for building long-lasting relationships with international customers.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
