Role Overview:
We are seeking an Insights & Analytics Specialist. We recognize that this role will straddle the two, traditionally, much more stand alone skill sets of (a) delivering client ready insight reports and (b) moderate level statistical modelling.
The scope of client ready insight reports will be primarily related to our two service offerings (DBA testing / tracking and CEP modelling / tracking), but may involve other areas of focus depending on client brief. The scope of the statistical modelling could include building and delivering segmentations, correspondence maps, MaxDiff, and price modeling.
The ideal candidate would be confident in both areas, along with having a strong understanding of mental availability research and its applications through brand and marketing as well as a strong project manager – given the nature of the brilliant team and the output we deliver.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze survey data using statistical techniques to identify actionable insights
* Develop and interpret segmentation models, correspondence maps, and other advanced analyses
* Create polished reports, transforming raw data into meaningful narratives
* Lead projects from start to finish, covering specialist areas and working with other members of the team and suppliers where necessary
* Liaise with clients to ensure insights are relevant and impactful
Requirements:
* Experience with survey data analysis and insight generation.
* Proficiency in segmentation, MaxDiff, price modeling, or similar methodologies.
* Strong ability to translate data into clear, concise recommendations.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Min 5 year’s experience in marketing effectiveness, branding or market research
Benefits:
* Competitive salary including annual bonus
* 27 days annual holidays
* Flexible working (long term)
* Additional day holiday per year of service
* Working on enterprise clients in a fast-growing consultancy
* Structured training and up-skilling programs
