As the Alliances & Partnerships Sales Lead EMEA, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand SymphonyAI’s market presence in the region. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing alliances with key partners within the IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and AI SaaS sectors. Your role will be pivotal in leveraging partnerships to enhance our solutions and deliver value to our clients.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish and grow partnerships and alliances in the EMEA region, with a focus on Microsoft and other key players in ITSM, ITAM, and AI SaaS.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact to facilitate collaboration and joint business opportunities.
* Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to enhance SymphonyAI’s solutions and expand market reach, driving mutual growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align partnership initiatives with business objectives and ensure successful execution.
* Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, managing all aspects of the partnership lifecycle to maximize value for both parties.
* Track and report on partnership performance, analyzing metrics and outcomes to inform strategy and improve future initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
* Partnership Experience: Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships, particularly with major players like Microsoft in the ITSM, ITAM, or AI SaaS sectors.
* Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the enterprise IT landscape and key industry trends in IT service and asset management and AI SaaS solutions.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
* Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a track record of achieving partnership-driven business growth.
* Proactive Approach: A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results and driving successful partnerships.
