You will deliver dynamic and engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, helping them to develop their literacy and communication skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver English lessons that cater to individual students' needs and abilities Teach both literature and language in a way that encourages engagement and critical thinking Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Work alongside Learning Mentors to provide personalised support to students Help students achieve their English GCSEs and build essential literacy skills for future life Key Requirements: PGCE and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) Experience in teaching English in a secondary or SEND setting is preferred Strong communication and behaviour management skills Ability to create an inclusive and engaging environment for students to develop their English skills Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching English Why Join Simply Education?
