The Role As an agency Care Assistant, you’ll provide vital support to clients in care homes, residential settings, or the community. You’ll have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your lifestyle while making a positive impact every day. Your Responsibilities Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Supporting clients with mobility and helping them maintain independence. Preparing meals and assisting with feeding if required. Providing companionship and emotional support. Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients. Following care plans and reporting any changes to a supervisor. What You’ll Need At least 6 months of recent care experience (preferred but not essential). A caring and empathetic nature, with strong communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
