The Amazon Team is a high-performing and dynamic team responsible for managing and growing our strategic partnership with Amazon. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding our product offerings, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Strategic Account Manager, Amazon EMEA Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan to drive revenue growth and expand our partnership with Amazon.
* Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders at Amazon, including executives, category managers, and operational teams.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of account plans.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new categories, geographies, or services.
* Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and other commercial terms with Amazon.
* Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform account strategies and optimize performance.
* Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on account performance and progress against goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a technology or e-commerce industry.
* Proven track record of success in managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth.
* High level of understanding of the e-commerce landscape and Amazon's business model.
* Communication, negotiation, and partnership skills.
* Experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategic plans.
* Successful at problem-solving and project management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Worked at Amazon for a minimum of 2 years as AVS, or in a sales role.
* Worked on cross-countries role (not UK only).
