Support Worker recruitment for new project in Norfolk and Norwich
We are currently recruiting dedicated Support Workers for a new project in Norfolk and Norwich. In collaboration with various care services across these areas, we seek compassionate individuals to provide essential support and assistance to elderly residents in residential care homes and housing with care schemes.
This project serves over 1,500 residents, many of whom require specialized dementia care, and is the largest care provider in Norfolk. We are committed to delivering the highest quality of person-centered care, beginning with individualised care plans and continuing through daily support that prioritizes each resident's unique needs.
What we are looking for in a Support Worker:
1. Experience as a Health Care Assistant or Support Worker
2. Reliability and punctuality
3. Professional and courteous demeanour

Shift details:
