Job Overview
We're seeking a talented Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional food experiences for Healthcare. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
About the Role
This is a full-time position, contracted to 35 hours per week, with opportunities to progress within our market-leading food service company in the UK. You'll work collaboratively with our team to create menus, implement menu changes, and improve our food services based on customer feedback.
Responsibilities
- Prepare delicious, high-quality food that meets our standards
- Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
- Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations
- Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
Requirements
- Passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
- Experience supervising a team
- Flexible approach to working
- Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
