**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Care Scheduler to join our team at Choices Home Care.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing staff rotas that are geographically aligned with our workforce, taking on new referrals, and growing our service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate staff rotas to ensure efficient use of resources
* Manage referrals and intake processes to meet business needs
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in care scheduling or a related field
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
