You will also receive essential learning and training aimed at supporting you into a permanent role. You will be working with our team in Cardiff as a Sales Trainee, helping to support our vendors throughout the region. You will be involved in recruiting vendors, promoting The Big Issue, sharing your own experiences and knowledge with partner agencies, testing new ways of working and helping to improve sales. You will also receive training in sales, IT, safeguarding and improving your employability through our Job Coaches. We actively encourage you to bring your own lived experience and knowledge of experiencing poverty or barriers to employment to be used as a valuable asset in supporting and working with our vendors. You will also understand the values and ethos of The Big Issue and support our objectives. This role is offered as full time and fixed term for 12 months.
