This role is 4 days a week in the office and 1 day from home on a Friday, based in East London.
Main Responsibilities will Include:
1. Sales Analysis & Reporting:
Analyse sales performance by category, product, and style, providing actionable insights to improve product assortment. Provide Weekly Trade documents in time for meetings.
2. Support with analysis as required for sign-off, season strategy, and ad-hoc requests.
3. Review regular stock performance and sell-through while reviewing re-orders or the need for markdowns/promotions.
Trading & Market Insights:
1. Monitor customer feedback, trends, competitor activity, and returns rate to aid product decisions.
2. Complete Size Ratios to optimise sales.
3. Support team with achieving department KPIs to maximise sales and profit.
Stock Management:
1. Ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time, referring to the critical path as needed. Maintain launch periods across Wholesale delivery windows and Marketing planner.
2. Review shortages/overages from shipments, liaising with our 3PL regarding deliveries, returns, etc.
3. Collaborate across teams reviewing inventory levels to avoid overstock or stockouts, utilising various channels to clear stock effectively while maintaining margin.
Product Data Management:
1. Oversee the management of POs, accuracy of ex-dates, price adjustments, barcodes/SKUs.
2. Maintain accurate product and stock data in internal systems, ensuring all information is up to date and correct.
3. Work alongside multiple departments across the business and maintain strong supplier relationships with open communication.
4. Aid in the implementation of our new PLM.
Person Specifications:
1. Advanced Excel skills.
2. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload.
3. Able to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Flexibility to work across departments.
6. 2 years' experience at either Senior MAA or Assistant Merchandiser level.
