Anderson Recruitment is a growing team of recruitment professionals based in Quedgeley, Gloucester. We now have a permanent vacancy for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team.

Currently Anderson Recruitment is a team of 7 and this job will be placed within the recruitment team of three experienced and successful recruiters. It doesn’t matter what background you come from essentially you need to be driven and ambitious. Recruitment is hard work, it takes time and perseverance to achieve results, but the rewards are brilliant not just financially, no two days are the same, its full of variety and you certainly would never be bored! The role involves Business Development of new and existing clients, interviewing candidates, posting job adverts and attending client meetings. Networking as well as following up on new leads in order to grow the desk further. Full training and support will be provided.
To apply for this vacancy, you must have a good level of education - minimum Grade C in English & Maths GCSE. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. You will need to be proactive and motivated with the desire to succeed within a sales-oriented role. A full driving licence and car is essential.

Hours – Mon, Tues, Thurs 9am – 5.30pm, Weds 8.30am – 5.30pm & Fri – 9am – 4.30pm
