What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a dedicated and experienced KS2 Teaching Assistant, to join our happy and supportive workforce. The successful candidate will support delivery of excellent teaching and learning throughout the Key Stage 2. The role will involve coaching children on a 1:1 or group basis; accompanying groups on trips; supporting assessment; evidencing learning; and working with teachers to create stimulating classroom displays and learning resources.

The ideal candidate will be:
• An experienced teaching assistant in a primary school setting.
• A person who can enhance and develop the interaction, communication and educational needs of the pupils.
• An integral part of the Key Stage 2 team and report to the class teacher about pupil, progress, achievements and problems.
• A person who will promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils.
• A good communicator and have the ability to establish good relationships within the school staff team.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for all learners.
• Be highly passionate in their work with good organisational skills.
