Day-to-day of the role: Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in the classroom. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support students with personal care needs, if required. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor and report on student progress. Assist with classroom management and organization. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred. A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
