Astley Clarke is a British luxury jewellery brand renowned for modern elegance and exceptional craftsmanship. We seek a driven, experienced Wholesale Manager to drive our growth across wholesale and concession channels, in the UK and internationally.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale partners
o Identify wholesale opportunities in new markets or channels and acquire new wholesale accounts
o Work with teams to ensure a smooth wholesale experience, including marketing, promotions, timely deliveries of orders, and staff training
o Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports and forecasts
o Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for the wholesale channel
* Concessions:
o Oversee visual merchandising updates and product assortment changes with relevant team members or agencies
o Act as a link between Head Office and Store staff, ensuring store teams are informed of company initiatives, product launches, and policy changes
o Regularly review sales reports and performance metrics, and work with team members to ensure stores meet sales targets
* Requirements:
o 5+ years of experience in wholesale management, preferably within the luxury jewellery, fashion, or accessories sectors
o Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners
o Track record of identifying and acquiring new wholesale accounts in various markets, driving growth and brand visibility
o Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growth objectives
o Experience overseeing visual merchandising in premium concession spaces, with an eye for maintaining brand standards and a cohesive in-store experience
o Proficient in analysing sales data, generating forecasts, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
o Excellent communication skills and experience acting as a liaison between headquarters and retail teams
o Willingness to travel for partner visits, store checks, and key industry events as needed
