We are recruiting a Business Rates Officer to join us at Public Sector Partnership Services.
As part of our team, you will work as a Case Management Officer in the Business Rates Team from our Horncastle base.
You do not need direct experience for this role as full training will be provided. However, if you do have experience, we also want to hear from you!
Typical duties could be:
Accurate and timely updating of Business Rates records and accounts.
Dealing with customers on the phone, and in writing.
Provide advice and support to customers to ensure they are in receipt of any reliefs or reductions that they may be entitled.
Working closely with colleagues from other teams.

Excellent communication, organisational and ICT skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage workload effectively and accurately to meet deadlines.
Well organised, dependable, and flexible.
Able to work alone and as part of a team.
