Essential Duties and Responsibilities Organic Social Media Current brands – The Original Muck Boot Co, XTRATUF & Durango (with scope to extend to additional brands in the portfolio) Own day-to-day oversight of brand social channels and monitor campaign goals Creation and management of social media content calendars for each of the Rocky Brands Development of the Rocky Brands portfolio social media presence internationally, working with the brand teams based in the USA. Working with distributor and agency partners to align content calendars with goals and objectives. Content Creation Ideas and concepts for content (new product releases / events / social media trends) Working with design team / photographers / videographers to create assets for social (Adobe CC experience is a plus but not required) Community Management Main point of contact for inbound international community related enquiries across social media platforms (e.g. Instagram DMs and Facebook messages) Responding to consumer queries via social media platforms and working with relevant customer service teams where applicable Collaborations Working with brand ambassadors, brand partners and retailers to create collaborative content Working with influencers (in partnership with PR agencies) for paid collaborations and seeding product Collaborate from cross functional teams to help maintain a unified marketing effort between Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, and agency partners Sourcing and identifying prospect brand opportunities Reporting & Analytics Monthly social media reports for each brand Analyzing campaigns, creating and presenting campaign reports as required Photoshoots Attending and assisting on seasonal photoshoots, as well as creating ‘behind the scenes’ and social content Paid Media Where applicable, working with media agencies to provide content (previous experience running paid ads is beneficial but not required) Events Attending brand and distributor events (where required) to create content (predominately UK events, occasional international events) About You Passion and understanding of outdoor / footwear industry and trends Flexible self-starter able to juggle multiple projects at a time 2-4 years social media experience, with a focus on community management, social media campaigns and content creation Strong knowledge and confident use of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest & LinkedIn), digital landscape and trends Willingness to travel to events (weekend and overseas travel occasionally required) Excellent communication, written and presentation skills, ability to communicate at all levels Confident use of social media advertising platforms (e.g. Ads Manager) is a plus Experience with Adobe CC (photo and video editing, graphic design) is a plus What you will get from Rocky Brands • A discretionary bonus scheme, based on company performance • A pension scheme with Scottish Widows • 25 days holiday per year, plus up to 8 UK bank holidays • Product discounts for personal and gift use
