Position Summary
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the leadership teams to deliver initiatives to build engagement, drive performance and address operational challenges. You will have experience of operating as a strategic and operational Business Partner - building lasting relationships with stakeholders. Your experience will include driving capability and performance, organisation design and development and managing change. Commercially aware, you will possess strong communication and influencing skills.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Support leaders across the business to deliver organisational success in change management and organisation design
2. Coach, develop and support leaders to develop their people management capability, advising on complex people issues and casework
3. Develop existing reporting and MI and provide analysis on key HR trends with solutions and plans to address issues
4. Work closely with the L&D team to identify training needs and strategy
5. Work closely with the Talent team to hire the best talent
6. Focus on talent management including workforce and succession planning
7. Support the Head of HR Operations in driving and implementing the overall People plan strategy that is aligned to company- wide strategic priorities
