The role
The Change Management Specialist will focus on supporting a major initiative to improve professional services. The role involves developing and applying change management strategies that will help employees adapt to new processes, systems, and structures, with the aim of reducing resistance and increasing engagement. We are looking for candidates who want to contribute to the transformation efforts and help bring about successful changes.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the adoption of new ways of working, helping staff adjust to changes in processes, systems, and job roles.
* Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and minimise disruption.
* Work closely with various teams and stakeholders, including HR partners, project teams, and department leaders, to ensure consistent and effective change management.
The candidate
* Experience in leading or supporting large-scale change initiatives.
* An understanding of how people adapt to change, and the ability to apply relevant tools and methods.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams.
* A recognised change management qualification (such as APMG Practitioner, PROSCI, or similar) is a plus.
