In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Estate Office, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively, with support from the Admin Assistant. Key duties will include:
1. Managing accounting and finance procedures, including bookkeeping, invoicing, expense administration, lease renewals, and payroll collation.
2. HR duties, including employee contracts, benefits, and GDPR compliance.
